BYBER contacted us because they were moving business operations from New York to New Jersey. We successfully transferred the business without the need of re-incorporating by filing the articles of domestication and later dissolved the New York entity and made sure that BYBER is compliant with laws and regulation of both states. We continued our relationship by filing a trademark application with USPTO. As BYBER continues to grow, we continue to provide legal support on as needed basis.
